Safety in community and connection

A deeper nurturing to your soul and roots

Trust in yourself and your journey

THE ARBAYIT STORY

Arbayit was born from the real-life journeys of co-creators Menachem and Mushka Dalfin, overcoming struggles, finding healing, and returning to themselves. Their experiences with addiction, mental health challenges, and the search for identity became the foundation for a space where transformation is possible.

Today, they offer a sanctuary where Jewish wisdom, embodied practices, and intentional community converge, creating opportunities for reflection, growth, and spiritual reconnection. Arbayit is a place to slow down, feel held, and explore practices that nourish the body, mind, and soul, inviting anyone ready to heal, deepen their roots, and come home to who they truly are.
